All our stays are in Kanthalloor in the Idukki hills of Kerala, not far from Munnar and Marayur. Once your booking is confirmed, we send the exact location pin on WhatsApp.

Check-in is usually in the afternoon and check-out in the morning. Exact timings can differ slightly by stay, and if you need an early arrival or a late departure, just ask and we will try to arrange it.
Freshly cooked local meals and tea or coffee can be arranged at the stay. Please share your food preferences and any allergies when you book, so we can plan ahead.

Wi-Fi is available at the stays that show the Wi-Fi icon. Since we are deep in the hills, mobile signal can be patchy, so download offline maps and entertainment before you arrive. It is part of the escape.
The hills are lovely through the year. October to February brings cool, misty mornings and clear skies, while the monsoon turns everything lush green (with heavy rain, so drive carefully). Tell us your dates and we will tell you what to expect.

Marayur and Kanthalloor have sandal forests, the Muniyara dolmens, Thoovanam waterfalls, Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary, fruit orchards and village walks, with Munnar an easy day trip away. We are happy to plan a simple itinerary for you.
